IFMA Toronto and South-Central Chapter is incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (NFP Act). In accordance with this act, by-laws must be in place, which set out the rules for governing and operating the corporation.

After many months of diligence and hard work, the by-laws have been updated. Please take some time to review the attached by-laws and make sure to register for the special meeting called for July 12th, 2021 @5pm, during which these updated by-laws will be tabled for approval.
