Designing Beyond Day One: What Design Decisions Mean for Facility Operations & Management,” we’ll explore how early design choices impact operational efficiency, lifecycle costs, occupant experience, and long-term building performance. This webinar will bridge the gap between design teams and facility professionals, highlighting how collaboration during the design phase can prevent costly operational challenges later.

Participants will gain insight into how design decisions influence maintenance complexity, system reliability, energy performance, and adaptability as buildings evolve. Through real-world examples and practical strategies, we’ll discuss how facility managers can contribute to design conversations to ensure buildings remain functional, efficient, and manageable long after the ribbon cutting.
